Il richiamo della foresta (un bosco)

Nella Galleria del Credito Valtellinese, all’interno del Palazzo delle Stelline, è allestito un bosco. Sono tredici tele, appoggiate per terra e sorrette da sostegni in ferro, come se fossero quinte teatrali, oltrepassando le quali cambiano le stagioni. Il percorso si conclude davanti a un paesaggio innevato, il trittico Cucu, mentre, uscendo, si è accompagnati dalla visione del retro delle tele, in contrasto con l’illusione naturalistica iniziale.

A wood is set in the Galleria of the Credito Valtellinese, inside Palazzo delle Stelline. It is a wood of thirteen paintings, on the floor and held up by iron supports like theatre wings. As you walk past, the seasons change.The exhibition itinerary closes before a snowy landscape, the triptych Cucu. Walking out, you are followed by the sight of the recto of the paintings, in contrast with the starting naturalist illusion.
